公司如果沒有更改離職日,會怎樣? - 人資

因繼續進修的關係,向公司申請離職
當初和人資副理談時,就說要將特休全放完
所以自8/10~9/30皆申請特休假
所以原訂離職日:9/30
因為颱風假的關係,所以當天特休取消
我e-mail告知副理離職日往後遞延1天
所以變更為10/3(一)
在往返的信件中,她也同意更改為10/3
如果人資副理只是敷衍我
到時9/30就如期退保,那我該採取什麼樣的動作呢?
