公司花錢請博士 如果是研發單位並且與其研究所題目相關就算了
但是在生產製造方面 製前規劃 生管控制 製程參數設定等等工作項目
進公司都是要重新學過的
只要是正常人 應該都學的會的東西
講白點 請個大學/專科畢業 給個三萬多 就可以做的很好了
為啥公司要花六七萬元 請博士來做這種工作
還不是得有人帶他 有人教他 訓練個半年以上才會真正上手
為啥公司要做這種提高成本的事情呢??
