出包被主管要脅記過或降職 能直接離職嗎? - 離職

如題~小弟在某家"大"公司任職技術員將近四年了
因為一路走來跟主管的關係都不是很好,
今天又犯了一個sop流程規範之外的錯誤被當場抓包,
算是壓垮主管對我信任度的最後一根稻草;
但說實在的,這次犯錯算可大可小,嚴格說來並不會對公司造成產品製程上的損失
但主管盛怒之下不留任何情面,說已經給我很多次機會了blablabla...
馬上把我調離原工作崗位並斬釘截鐵地說要降我為op或記大過,
說會拿降職同意書讓我簽,其他同事之情後紛紛安慰我說別太擔心,
大概只是主管氣話不會真的動我
想請問各位專業的鄉民們,我個人的底線就是只要把我降職我就立刻提離職
這樣會有任何不妥嗎?知情的朋友替我擔心,在這種情況提離職
之後去面試新公司難免會被新公司做reference ckeck
跟主管關係這麼差的情形下離職,肯定不會幫我跟新公司說什麼好話
這樣我未來的職涯生活就被現任主管掌控住了......
因此朋友還是建議我若降職同意書呈到我面前了還是暫時妥協了
之後騎驢找馬避避這個風口浪尖,一陣子之後再提離職才比較恰當
請問各位專業的鄉民們,我該聽我朋友建議 先忍下這口氣嗎?感謝各位的回答~
