前飛利浦副總裁:領22K…學生學校須檢討 - 求職

前飛利浦全球副總裁羅益強昨(8)日表示,台灣問題不在人才空缺或往外流動,心態才是關鍵,例如畢業生只能領取22K月薪,需要檢討的是學生、教授及學校;就像是產品銷售差不應怪消費者,責任是在產品與製造商本身。
世界公民文化協會董事長呂學海、前飛利浦全球副總裁羅益強,以及上海復旦大學管理學院院長陸雄文,昨(8)日出席世界公民文化協會主辦的「世界公民島:有任務的旅行」座談會。席間以台灣、大陸、世界等不同角度切入,暢談華人人才流動、培育、產業發展與經驗輸出等議題。
羅益強指出,台灣有許多中小企業,例如位於台中大肚山下、專精於精密工業的企業,他們的產品與服務皆達國際高水準,招攬國際人才與否都不是問題,經驗輸出才是下一步成長關鍵。
至於兩岸產業與人才現況,羅益強表示,大陸人才的能力值得肯定,但企業在團隊運作方面會因人力不延續而減損表現。此外他認為,大陸經濟崛起後的下一波成長是將製造經驗輸出,這也是十八大會議的決議內容。
關於台灣人才能力,與教育、產業等有所落差,羅益強認為,每個人都應該依靠自己,而非被動等著企業給予機會,此外他也鼓勵台灣青年,到荷蘭看看當地人民如何生活,了解荷蘭人是如何將危機視為挑戰。譬如壩堤建造、汙水系統處理等,都是荷蘭人克服先天問題後而成為領航者。
陸雄文則表示,台灣畢業生22K月薪其實能過得舒適,年輕人不應目光短淺於此,如同他勉勵復旦大學新進的助理教授一樣,求職者應該設想自己三、五年後要擔任什麼職位,對自己職涯有何規劃;他認為台灣人才,缺乏英語能力是相當可惜。
