小弟最近有機會去參加力積電的面試,想說在印象清楚時上來分享,我是應徵設備工程師
一職,一開始先去做適性測驗跟英文,英文的句子都不長比旺宏簡單一些,再來是面試主
管,這次是一對二,主管基本上是詢問大學跟研究所做的專題,一些科目成績的問題,但
不算很尖銳的語氣,接著就是問一些輪班方面的接受度,主要是說輪班有時是不能8小時
就下班的,跟有時候不希望你報加班……
接下來就是問你有面試過那些公司,你怎麼排優先級的,對於工資的要求,為什麼
這麼要求?(我是說現在的offer來當要求的依據,不知道會不會扣分)
最後面試人資,人資說不保證14但會強調只有2008年沒有14,我進一步問這兩年多少,人
資說約15個月,然後面試就結束了
力積現在碩士人資說48_50左右……,可能沒有跟上一波半導體調薪吧
