請問各位人資大大 
 
如果加班費是以時數計算的
 
但是到月底結算時,主管若要自行調整該月加班費的+10%~-30%~!
 
請問一下這樣是否違反勞動基準法。
 
另外一個問題,如果加班費的計算是要在該月累計到一定的時數標準
(例如需滿30HR以上才符合發放資格,若29HR以下該月就沒有加班費),
 
以上才會發放這樣是否也違反勞動基準法。
