受訓不給工資是合理的嗎? - 薪水

如題,小弟在台灣於11/01上班,受訓三個星期,11/22到上海就職
當初約定給薪方式是台幣+人民幣
12月份發11月薪水時
台幣部份有給滿一個月,但人民幣的部份只給一個星期
請問這樣的給薪方式是合理的嗎??
請各位大大解惑!!
