千萬別想不開
有時轉基層不見得是件好事
一來是因為台塑制度非常死
你當初大專任用就是大專的缺
想轉基層就必須辭職再特簽回來
(因為忠誠條款)
或是貴單位主管願意讓你領大專薪水
做基層的事
再來是基層還得學第二專長(ex:研發.公司流程.支援其他人)
以前敝單位的基層同仁真的有點慘
主管叫他們學第二專長
不想學的話 開交辦單扣薪水伺候+懲戒
我覺得有點過頭
不過也不意外啦
敝單位RD要兼業務.PM.QA
多請個人有那麼困難膩??
最後，上B版PO文務必小心
台塑很多眼線在看 很容易就被盯上唷(^.<)
可是他們從來不看勞基法
年輕人，好好做！
撐下去就是你的。
