〔工作內容〕
This individual will be responsible for handling and routing incoming calls,
receiving and sending out messenger/courier items, bookkeeping, filing,
faxing, handling busy schedule for Professor Kuo, making and overseeing
payroll, and assisting in scheduling multiple projects. This individual will
also be responsible for performing other administrative duties as assigned.
〔應徵資格〕
Bachelor degree (majoring in English is a plus), skillful in Microsoft office
applications, proficient in Chinese and English (reading and writing), and
good communication skills.
