台灣公司為何比較不流行用股票當薪資的一部分 - 薪水

一些美國的科技公司的薪資結構,常常股票佔了很大部份

比如說這篇 Facebook 給大學畢業生的起薪,底薪大約是 12.3 萬鎂/年

但還有大約股票 15 萬鎂分四年給,和 3 萬 sign on & 12% bonus
所以平均一年有大約 18 萬鎂
之前板上也有討論過類似話題
大多會導到分紅費用化的討論,但美國發股票當薪水應該也同樣要提列費用吧?
對於大公司來說發股票,由於許多員工可能會因為慣性的關係,不會把股票賣掉
等於是員工會被動跟公司的命運綁在一起
對公司來說,可以激勵員工為公司賣力工作
而且因為強迫員工薪水一部分買入自家股票所以有類似跟庫藏股差不多效果,也許對股價有正面效應
感覺以公司的角度來說好處很多
雖然以員工的角度來說,發股票不一定比較好
但台灣的職場,員工角度的重要性不一定比公司角度的重要性高
如此說來,為何台灣公司不流行發股票呢?
