台積人資MO會怎樣 - 工程師

最近聽說護國神山調薪後風波不斷
很多老人開始找其他工作或乾脆提早退休

開說明會總裁說調完薪32會比31薪水還低他很意外
人資副總還說只有800人 而且那是他們主管問題
推鍋推得蠻快的
然後隨後被下面工程師打臉 根本就不只800人

這次特別調薪竟然只用去年底考績來判斷你是不是人才
而不是用歷年考績平均去判斷
原本調薪大家應該開心
結果被人資荒唐的調薪政策變成內部員工對立
現在老人根本就不想教新人了

事情到這裡 人資就是 MO 了
工程師 MO 會被打 I
還要巡迴演出檢討報告

那請問人資呢?
人資 MO 人資副總要出來負責嗎?
還是一樣繞圈圈打哈哈
能混過就混過
反正台積文化向下沉淪不關馬小姐的事?

其實底下的工程師只要說 只要一個月加薪一萬 替全
公司HR先預先用電腦跑好各種調薪的可能,避免未來
可能出現這種“個案”,然後HR全面砍一半分紅,替
公司省錢,看總裁同不同意。
