小弟不才 是114醫環所學生
覺得醫環所很陌生嗎?
恩....他前身是原科所
最近開始投研發替代役+台積電預聘&研替
台積電是竹科廠 英文考了6級
基本上面試的時候主管沒太刁難
不過因為系名的關係在加上又是竹科....
自認機會不大= =
除了台積之外也拿到旺宏黃光製程的研替錄取通知
想請教一下版上各位神人大大
如果去了旺宏3年後
想要跳槽台積電
成功機會大嗎??
因為有聽說台積電好像比較喜歡新鮮的肝...
不對....是人...
懇請大大們幫我解惑!!
