【時報-台北電】晶圓代工龍頭台積電去年獲利創下歷史新高,除了董事會核准去年員工業績獎金與酬勞及分紅總計約台幣695億元,台積電也將為副總以下全體員工加薪5%,優於往年平均3%的加薪幅度。
此外,台積電為吸引及留任公司高階主管,決定發放2,600張限制員工權利新股,副總以上主管將進行結構性薪資調整,未來薪水及分紅將包括股票獎酬。
台積電22日召開臨時董事會,會中決議為吸引及留任公司高階主管,並將其獎酬連結股東利益與ESG(環境、社會、公司治理)成果,核准發行不超過普通股2,600張股的2021年限制員工權利新股案,並將此案呈送今年股東常會核准。再者,會中亦核准資本預算28.87億美元以建置成熟製程產能。
台積電去年受惠於5G手機晶片及高效能運算(HPC)處理器接單暢旺,加上5奈米先進製程量產,去年合併營收1兆3,392.55億元,歸屬母公司稅後淨利5,178.85億元,與前年相較成長50.0%,稀釋後每股淨利19.97元,年度獲利接近二個股本,改寫年度獲利歷史新高。
台積電已核准去年員工業績獎金與酬勞及分紅總計約新台幣695億1,164萬元,其中一半為員工業績獎金已於每季季後發放,另一半為酬勞及分紅將於今年7月發放。若以台積電在台員工約5萬人計算,平均每人可領得139萬元,較去年平均數增加約36萬元,不過每人實際領到的分紅會依每個人年資及年度考績而定。
台積電今年起將展開有史以來最大幅度的結構性調薪,不包括分紅的員工底薪調薪幅度約達20%,以利留才與攬才。而台積電每年都會為員工進行調薪,過去幾年平均員工加薪幅度約3%,但去年獲利大成長,為了獎勵員工,台積電今年將為副總以下員工加薪5%。
至於副總以上主管則進行薪資結構調整,董事會此次決定發放2,600張限制員工權利新股,就是要對副總以上主管進行結構性薪資調整,未來薪水及分紅將包括股票獎酬。(新聞來源:工商時報─記者涂志豪/台北報導)
