台積電喊加薪 今年調薪上看5%

晶圓代工廠台積電今年調薪幅度出爐，平均調幅為3%至5%，與業界水準相當。
台積電董事長張忠謀去年11月運動會時即對員工宣布好消息，不僅員工分紅會更多外，
台積電不會裁員及無薪假，今年4月年度調薪作業也將照常進行。
台積電董事會今年2月核准員工現金獎金與現金酬勞約新台幣411億1378萬元，
較上一年度352億9193萬元增加約16.5%。
其中，員工現金獎金205億5689萬元已於每季季後發放，現金酬勞205億5689萬元，
將於今年7月發放。
台積電今年4月也進行年度調薪作業，並首度公告調薪幅度，今年平均調薪幅度為3%至5%
，與業界水準相當。
