台積電工程師拚到大把掉髮、爆肝一夜醒悟…他打破「竹科潛規則」
49歲就靠「一招」退休!
50歲初頭的林英權過去曾任台積電工程師,在竹科工作20多年的他,長年拚命工作犧牲了
身體健康,本來濃密的頭髮開始大把大把地掉,肝臟甚至出現纖維化的狀況,讓他有感投
資理財提早退休的重要性。
靠著自己最熟悉的電子股,每年來回區間操作,實現年賺18%,超過百萬的高被動收入現
金流,成功在49歲完成退休夢想。
林英權在《雲端最有錢》、《財經週末趴》等節目中指出,竹科其實有潛規則,超過50歲
就可能要轉換跑道,而在爆肝操勞情形下,他決定在49歲退休。他強調,自己能在50歲前
退休,背後關鍵不全然是竹科的優渥待遇,更重要的是靠著穩健投資,選擇股息率較高的
股票,讓資產得以每年10%的速度增值,每年股息收入逾百萬。
林英權在竹科工作熟知電子股的產業趨勢,買股挑選營運穩健往上走的公司,並著重配息
率,他看重成長轉折,尤其是月營收年增率,如果開始連續出現正成長,代表業績比往年
表現亮眼,再搭配周KD低檔區低於20買進,高於80以上賣出。
舉例來說,2011年林英權發現半導體上游設備材料通路商崇越,月營收年增率和每股純益
(EPS)持續往上,加上股東權益報酬率(ROE)穩定,他從周KD從低檔區20交叉向上、股
價38元左右時陸續買進,後來股價一路大漲到百元以上,他總結7年時間大賺了700萬。
林英權也建議可以找出股價波動超過10%的股票,一樣看周KD低於20買,高於80以上賣出
,每年進行區間操作,買在低點通常能輕鬆賺到18%。他強調,如果一直換股操作,很難
看出股性,如此一來賠錢機率就會變高。
