台達全台釋1500個職缺 年薪上看20個月
台達董事長海英俊5日受邀出席台大校園徵才博覽會,勉勵學子並分享台達2022年校園徵
才的規劃。由於近年快速發展電動車、工業自動化、樓宇自動化、資通訊基礎設施、能源
基礎設施等策略市場,相關領域都是極具發展性與未來性的產業,台達全台預計招募
1,500名優秀人才,涵蓋機構、電源、通訊系統到數據分析及影像辨識等相關領域軟硬體
研發工程師。研發類碩士新鮮人起薪最高可達7萬,博士為9萬,整體薪資含獎金分紅,年
薪超過百萬。此外,產品採購、能源管理、資訊安全等專業也都有職缺
台達將於三月起於台大、成大、清大、交大、台科大、北科大、中央、政大等校園舉辦徵
才博覽會及說明會,提供全球職缺資訊,並由人資團隊現場輔導學生履歷撰寫及面試技巧
。
台達董事長海英俊表示,台達在台灣持續擴廠並擴大招募,泰國與印度甚至歐、美亦將持
續加碼布局,全球有超過2,500名的人才需求。台達整體薪酬相當具有競爭力,今年除年
度調薪外,更增加結構性調薪,調高本薪平均幅度約15%~20%,同時也特別針對社會新鮮
人進行起薪調整,與台達事業發展有高度關聯的專業領域調整幅度最高可達25%以上。
台達人資長陳啟禎表示,台達推出全新招募主軸「Keep Exploring 在台達 永續發展你的
未來」,以節能科技實踐永續的同時,關心員工職涯永續發展,鼓勵跨部門學習合作,提
供全球營運據點間輪調或外派機會。台達近年約有四成的新進同仁為應屆畢業學子,具備
跨領域整合能力、國際溝通與協作能力的新鮮人將是台達優先錄取對象。除校園徵才活動
外,3/9和3/14台達將於線上舉辦實習方案說明會,並邀請台達事業群高階主管出席分享
台達節能產品及解決方案之關鍵技術。
台達薪資結構包括本薪、兩個月的年終獎金、兩個月的績效獎金與員工現金分紅,總年薪
上看二十個月。福利措施上,每年有為期四天的「旅遊黃金假」,鼓勵員工休假調適身心
,公司附設員工餐廳,讓同仁在公司也可享用健康多元的三餐。育才與留才也是台達相當
重視的一環,除了客製化的內訓課程外,更提供外訓全額補助,讓同仁能隨組織一同成長
。並設立高潛力人才發展委員會,定時審視內部人才發展狀況,讓優秀人才可快速成長晉
