員工不要加保... - 人資

這週公司來了個新人,
因為被前公司資遣,目前還在請領失業給付中,
所以要求公司不要幫他加保,
直到失業給付請領完畢.
我一整個很不高興,因為公司有公司的制度,
而且萬一要是發生職災或意外,
反咬公司一口怎麼辦?
偏偏對方是VP找來的人,GM要我不要踩這麼硬,
所以我後來是請新人簽了一張切結書,
大意是因個人原因不加保,若是有職災,與公司無關.
我比較擔心,請問這樣的切結書有法律效力嗎?
