因應分紅費用化而實施的調薪 - 人資

有個薪資問題想請教人資前輩
(攸關個人權益..還希望大家給予建議)
我剛錄取上B公司,三月初報到
B公司人資說,
目前尚未確定是否會因應分紅費用化,而在四月份做全公司大幅度的調薪
如果到了四月份B公司確定會做大幅調薪
那我雖然還在試用期間, 應該也無條件適用於這樣的調薪條款, 是嗎?
還是說,我得跟面試主管再次澄清
確認我日後能適用這條款之後,
再去報到上班,較有保障?
