國營事業評價人員與初等考試的未來性比較 - 考試

小弟最近剛考上國營企業的評價人員,之前就有在準備其他國考了,只是時間不長,
因為上班後,感覺唸書時間比較短,而自己又沒辦法很長時間專注,
所以想把目標轉為初等考試,但家人認為初等的待遇跟我的現在薪水差不了多少,
叫我放棄這個,因為我有看過薪資表,在這個單位待10年,也沒破4萬,
所以覺得沒什麼未來性,從去年退伍後,從9月開始就一邊工作一邊準備財稅考試,
不過考了地特跟稅特,都打擊到我的信心,所以想轉往初等的發展,請各位可以給點建議.
