為什麼這樣說呢?
第一位老兄, 你要問的不是當年600-800萬的房子現在賣 1000-1500萬
而是你要問的是, 現在的1000-1500萬以當年的物價水準來看購買力相當於多少錢
所以漲的不全是房價, 是鈔票貶值了, 而且這幾年應該是貶值很兇
以新竹這種價錢來看, 大概買的應該多數是工程師, 為什麼我會這樣說呢?
為什麼房價卡在這裡大概上不去? 請用你的腦袋, 把所得跟貸款年數計算一下就知道了
也就是房價值多少錢不是你心中認定的價格或價值
也就是說你把新竹的平均所得拉出來看一下, 這房價能不能支撐, 就差不多有底了
不過說真的我覺得以1000~1500萬來說, 其實買間新房子住感覺還是挺好
那麼大的房子租也是要一個月三四萬, 其實就算房價跌下去, 你難道不用付租金嗎?
還有萬一房東有個XXXX之類的問題怎辦, 又要搬
搬家很麻煩的!! 不信你搬一次就知道了, 他XX的, 我家才30坪,
我現在在考慮新房子, 光想到要搬家就頭大, 而且還要想說那些要留給房客
