執行信用狀條款所遇到的問題 - 國貿工作討論

小妹我現在待的公司沒有人可以教我
以下有幾個信用狀的問題想請教各位大大

1.47A.The following must appear on invoice and transport documents:
AA.LCA NO. :BBL/C 10547
BB.IRC NO. :BA-0180304
CC.TIN :305-106-8301
DD.VAT REG. NO. : 2011340508
EE. H.S. CODE NO. :8206.50.00
FF.Shipping mark:MT-CT

我知道客人的意思是說 invoice 和提單都要列出下列的東西
目前翻到的書都還沒有看到有在invoice 列出這些東西的
請問從 AA~FF這些東西 應該要列在invoice 的哪邊 右上角
或者最下面之類的 還有 原本我打的invoice 差不多剛好一頁
如果再打這些內容 可能就會超出一頁 如果遇到這樣的情形 是不是需要在invoice 上打
上頁數 至於提單的方面 是不是只要把
AA~FF這些東西告知船公司 船公司自然就會替我把這些資料打出來 還有 請問 AA~EE這幾
個是代表什麼東西

2.Beneficiary must certify on invoice that qantity,quality,price marking and
all other details of goods are in accordance with the above proforma invoice.
在 invoice 標明 數量 價格 我還能理解 但標示quality 是要標示什麼 是指
description of goods嗎 而且我之前打給客人的 proforma invoice上 並沒有列出
quality和marking 那是要依據什麼
4.Bill of lading issued by freight forwarder not acceptable.
請問客人指的freight forwarder 是指沛X.超X.那幾間貨運承攬業嗎

3.One set of non negotiable shipping documents to be sent directly to
applicant by courier service within 5 days of shipment and a certificate
along with related courier receipt must accompany the documents.
請問non negotiable shipping documents是指副本的裝船文件嗎
certificate(證明書)是否由出口商自行製作 還是.....
若由出口商自行製作 須包含那些項目

4.Exporter's/supplier's status report in 02 copies issued by negotiating bank.
請問此份報告書 是否要等到押匯時向押匯銀行申請 還有這是否也算是貨運單據的一種
