基本opt申請時機問題 - 海外工作

若是在拿到master program之後申請 certificate/credential program

其program結業之後, 是不是沒有辦法再申請opt?

是否一定要有 dregree 的學業結業才能夠申請OPT, 並且一生一次?

能申請好幾次,大學可以申請一次,master,phd都可以各申請一

2008 Xand#39;mas 公司有發bonus,,但是這並沒有算在W-2 form裡,也就是說這個bonus並沒有 任何的tax withheld,想請問各位有經驗的前輩,是否應該填寫form 4137 or 8919?? ...

綠卡到手後,full time可轉回part time嗎?
