外商待過不習慣台商 - 加班

之前待的公司為美國某公司在台北小辦公室,
一進去假12天(同事說我被汙了,因為他們14天)
上班下班不打卡(紙本簽到隨你寫)
絕對不加班,常常晚上六點就是最後一個離開的。
颱風天開始下雨<----不用上班
連休後下個周六需補班<----不用補班
員工旅遊10天是去美國,而且10天包吃包住不扣休
(美國的員工旅遊是去日本)
零食隨便吃、咖啡隨便喝
出差一定搭計程車,或者開公司租的雙B轎車,
真要說缺點就是主管極為人性化,
舉凡開會都會先問你有沒有空,
若你沒空就繼續喬時間(害我現在還是有點不適應)
之後因為人生規劃我到了另一家公司,
才發現世界一整個變了,
目前第三年繼續在適應中,
美商也搬離台灣了,
其實撇開薪水(美商只比台商多一點)不談,那真是我人生中一段最開心的時光,
對照現在的老闆只會說:看到你們年輕人這麼不爭氣,就知道台灣完了。
想到以前的那個老闆只有心存感謝。
覺得自己被尊重,真的是很重要的一件事。
放個特休有感而發,希望大家都能找到帶給你開心時光的公司!

美商離開台灣到中國前有預告大家,所以我是帶薪面試找新工作的,
公司也有輔導我換新工作的事情,
資遣費優於勞基法,而選擇跟公司一起到中國的員工則是薪水雙倍,
礙於家庭因素沒跟:(
另外現在的公司雖已待三年,
但是很受不了集體沒事硬要加班,順便看不起沒加班的人,
最後還不忘酸西班牙、希臘就是過太爽所以失業率很高,
一直到前陣子公司請了在外商待過很長一段時間的公司顧問,
顧問提了很多觀點跟以前的美商很像(例如準時),我的日子才好過一些。
最後提一個有趣的:有一次顧問跟我談論健康,
他問我健康和工作哪個重要? 大部分的人都知道健康重要,
卻在此時此刻不斷犧牲自己的健康。
我聽完會心一笑,多麼簡單的道理,好險之前在外商身體很健康,
進台商也才用了三年(大誤),
實在沒必要這樣拚,反正老闆也沒把你當人看(再大誤)
