看他邊說著公司伙食有多糟(的確比當兵砲校還糟XD),邊說著台灣勞工有多慘
看他頗為可憐
決定來說個經歷…
/*以下是個人主觀見解
最近一例一休吵得沸沸揚揚,
不知道政府稽查有沒有比較認真?
我想起前前公司──紅頭記憶大廠,
在板上一片好評,而事實卻不是這麼如此一般
尤其是講求照顧員工精神的外商公司?慷慨公司?
直接明講好了,我曾經當過他們RD
身為研發部門工時常常比一般部門長,但潛規則無法報加班費?
身為公司眾多部門之一,有的部門能報加班費?研發部門就該賣自己時間?
RD部門工時算長,然後分紅卻是整個公司大鍋炒(底薪乘以X),講求公司主打的公平
?然後安慰說:RD分比較多(多加0.1倍)?
身為公司的人資知情卻也無所作為,老實說也是蠻離譜的
還好我跳了
根據我的分析
基本上這外商公司會壓低你的底薪,然後獎金發多一點,
也就是說薪資是被資方掌控的,他有很多空間幅度可以變更,
不聽話我可以用薪資操縱你
每天想準時走嗎?分紅掌握我手上喔
要加班費是吧?那分紅等著瞧吧!這樣的概念。
也就是這樣將刀子架在脖子上
難怪這陋習可以傳承這麼久
上面的頭想幫老闆省錢卻不會幫老闆照顧員工,
身為應該中立的部門卻也完全傾斜,
我想這離公司的初衷很遠了吧(嘆
我想公司不變的精神或許是,有關係一切都好說,
隨時空降,隨時安插職位給你,
聽說到現在還是XD
畢竟是私人企業…
沒後臺的還是乖一點吧
或許會有人說這種情況很多公司都有,別大驚小怪
但我卻認為少數公司還是能做得到選賢選能擺第一,
這種公司倒需要得到更多掌聲!
一例一休對於能申報加班費的公司或許是一番美意
減少工時以達到真正的照護精神
但對於沒能申報或是潛規則不給申報的公司根本ooxx
上有政策下有對策,有些資方就是這成語的最佳詮釋!
每年都可以拿一九九六的老新聞來炒冷飯──發出一億美金年終獎金?!
其實,真的會照顧員工不需要拿舊新聞來找存在感
最後
真正的外商還是很多啦,也符合大家對外商的印象,但我知道那不會是金士頓
