面試了製程工程師，電話通知會有夜班。
結果去面試時，主管跟他說新人一開始要大夜42輪，兩年才能轉日班。
請問這種工作一開始薪水要求應該大夜薪資還是正常日班薪資？
這份工作這樣定義算輪班嗎？
