本魯工作年資快6年 不過跳來跳去的
最久的一間做快3年 那間公司很有趣 規定特休一次要請5天
再加上頭尾的六日 等於一次放9天假，可以規劃一些較遠的旅遊
後來換了幾間公司 就沒再遇過類似的了
大多是依照天數 決定要簽核到哪個層級 太多天就會被關切
想瞭解一下 大家請長假好請嗎？ 就一請5天甚至更久
因為前幾天聽到有同事要請3~4天 就被主管碎念
之前還有認識做保險的 說因為業績達標 主管讓她休假一個月(應該沒錢吧?)
覺得還挺羨慕的@@
