前天應徵上奇0科技,今天離職,職缺是 光學資深工程師/課長 ,
離職原因如下:
1.工時過長:
新人報到第一天,下班時間9點40,
第二天,10點半,
不可報加班&不可報補休
工作到一個段落後,有和主管反應,主管堅持我要繼續做,不給下班,
這兩天,整個部門(40人)就我最晚走,主管說:你看你做這麼晚,
其他主管都看在眼裡,加油!
2.溝通問題:
主管較不願意我和同事討論問題,說有什麼事都要直接跟他反應,
這點也讓我覺得很孤立,部門加我一共4位,但有兩位是研役,無法離開
3.無新人訓練+loading過大
主管把接到的兩件專案交予我,認為我有相關經驗,可以處理,
他要開會所以叫我先自己摸,雖有一點光學軟體基礎,但每種case不同,
我也並非老手,無法在時間內完成
4.急迫性的壓力
主管強調這案子很趕,必須要定時回報,並一直follow完成度,
我第一天就做到胃不太舒服....
這些狀況,在面試時我都沒有收到資訊,
我對次公司覺得很失望,事後主管的主管(經理),
有找我面談,他說之前就有人反應我主管(課長)不適任,
會再評估看看...
因為和前一份公司的反差過大,我就塊陶了
想了解一下版友看法..
