求學時可能很少操體能
但經過當兵的階段
每天醒來就工作到晚上21點
真的有感覺當兵時體力改善很多
之後從哪方面著手在中年
才能保持絕佳的體力
租屋處附近的健身房和操場還蠻近
但下班後吃飯都很晚了
還要2個小時消化沒在去運動

經過當兵都是體能退化 肌肉消風 不能控制自己飲食
跟運動量的垃圾環境 最好有辦法增進體能 當兵有辦
法作負重訓練? 能補足夠蛋白質? 能用自己配速跑
步? 全部都不行 用那種比走還慢的速度跑3K就停 根
本都還沒熱開欸
