朋友請教
有些一級員工喜歡踴躍發言，努力接case，拼命的挖bug出來解bug，爭credit，考績A.
但也有些人就想當老二，我朋友就是，想要考績B，每天6點下班，輕鬆活，薪水少人家30萬也ok。
但老二很不小心沒弄好就黑了，面臨被開除的危險，朋友想問各位老江湖有沒有什麼好套路可分享？讓各位可以穩穩的當個優質好老二？老闆們又是怎麼看這些老二呢？
他自己分享老二招式是：
不要那麼硬，做人圓滑一點。
東西一定要準時交，但先做好也絕對不要先交。
老闆問看法時不要有太多意見。
看到前人的小問題不要去騷，就按表乖乖做就好，不要亂提出新東西。
下班時間到就閃人。
