朋友為新鮮人,近期正在找工作
在收到K公司的聘任後約一周的時間(距離報到時間約1個月)寄信婉拒
過程中用字遣詞相當小心謹慎也有禮貌
馬上就接到人資電話質問
過程中人資的強硬態度讓朋友嚇到以及感到不舒服,所以想和板友討論一下
1.
人資問:
"那你當初怎麼可以這麼篤定跟我回覆,
你害我們主管因為你已經停止面試了……
你應該要說還要再考慮,不能直接答應"
人資當初也是直接劈頭就問”請問你有沒有意願來我們公司”
也沒有先說好薪資結構再問有沒有意願
在什麼內容都不了解的狀況
當然要先回覆"有意願"才能得到更多的聘任資訊
而且K是一家成立約30年的知名大科技公司
30年來多少人答應了offer又婉拒的
為何還要怪求職者婉拒

強硬態度讓一個新鮮人誤以為自己做錯,好方便自己進而去套取更多隱私
人資問:
"之後去哪一家公司?什麼職位?哪一個廠區?
薪水多少?我需要跟主管回報"
利用需要跟主管回報做為理由來施壓
新人已經被對方態度嚇到只能接著回話
很多話新人不知道該不該說
關於薪水更是應該要保密的
所以朋友一開始只願意說公司薪資透明就跟網路上查到的一樣
人資卻直接回說"你不能直接跟我說數字嗎?"
如果回答年薪100萬,難道K公司可以跟進XD?
換位思考…
難道我們可以隨便對別的公司透露K公司開給我們的薪水嗎?
難道沒錄取時,我們能打電話到K公司問:
"為什麼用別人不用我?公司用多少錢聘用他嗎?"

知道婉拒聘任時人資本來就多少會問一些基本問題
但願意告訴你是給你方便
給你方便當隨便?
連薪資確切數字以及往後去哪個廠區都問得一清二楚
目的是在威脅恐嚇,還是往後要對新人發黑函?

寄信婉拒時間點距離報到時間近1個月
個人認為是正常的婉拒時間
一個月對於一間大科技公司繼續招募人員不會是困難

K公司有面試很多人後進行選擇的權利
但卻不准新人有選擇offer的權利?
總結
朋友感覺今天婉拒offer好像是犯了天條一樣,
也對人資的強硬態度以及所問問題感到疑惑
想請問板友們遇到這種情況通常都會如何反應
