宏達電總部廠區生產線的四十六歲作業員孫秀芬,廿九日晚間近八點結束近十二小時的工
作、交接班後,推著工作台車返回備料區時,突然昏倒,送醫不治。
檢警相驗死因為「心因性猝死」,極可能過勞所致;勞委會北區檢查所已要求公司提交孫
女的值勤表,調查是否為過勞死。
和孫同住的胞弟說,孫秀芬沒疾病也沒有長期服藥的習慣,作息正常,不了解姊姊為何會
猝死,但姊姊下班後,常會抱怨工作很累。
宏達電公關人員指出,孫秀芬有十二年年資,職位為助理技術員,近半年來每日上班正常
,沒有額外的加班紀錄,且月休八天,符合勞基法規定,而過去四年來的健檢都合格,公
司會協助家屬處理後事。
