客戶取消訂單並要求退款 - 國貿工作討論

目前在一間公司擔任業務 碰到一些問題
有一國外客戶 在下訂單時先付50%T/T(折合台幣一百多萬)
餘款卻遲遲未付 拖了好幾個月
不久前 客戶來信因公司被合併 新公司要求他停止一切之前的營運
於是他要求取消訂單並要求我們公司退還他之前所付的款項
主管不同意 我又來來回回地與客戶聯絡
最後客戶來信說 同意最高20%(以他匯的金額)作為compensation
主管不同意 今天老闆透過主管要求我計算一些式子
式子的結果是 公司只願意退還三十萬
但 差額將近有80萬台幣
主管要我跟客戶說明因為...(很多原因)所以只能付你這樣
我在座位上想了很久 根本下不了手
回家翻了一些國貿實務的書 沒找到想要的答案
請問這種狀況 取消訂單後的退款有標準的比例嗎?
我們與客戶間算是合約的文件只有P/I
但P/I上又沒有註明取消訂單應賠多少的條款
現在公司只願意退還客戶這一些錢 我真的沒辦法認同公司的做法
請大家給我意見 謝謝!
