家中廚房要裝煙霧偵測器 能否請教其原理? - 消防工作討論

板上各位消防弟兄好,小弟需要一些關於煙霧偵測器的專業建議,還請不吝指教。
因為我媽媽比較健忘,偶而會煮個粥、燒個水就煮到焦、燒到乾 @@"
想說幫她在廚房裝個煙霧偵測器,研究了一下 因偵測原理不同而有數種偵測器可供選擇。
目前有看到差動、定溫、偵煙(光電)式 這三種,
其中差動跟定溫是以溫度變化來做警報觸發,而偵煙則是利用光的漫射作警報觸發。
而剛剛在板上爬文有看到 一般家庭廚房是建議使用定溫式,其道理何在?
像我媽媽會把食物煮到焦的狀況,是會先溫度過高才開始燒焦冒煙嗎?
所以才建議使用定溫式? 定溫式通常要高到多少度才會觸發警報?
會不會有都煮到燒焦冒煙了 溫度卻沒達到觸發定溫式警報器的狀況發生?
