小弟是國立碩資管
最近拿到一些小公司的研替口頭
接下來要談薪資
請問薪資的部分要怎麼談?
因為面試的大公司都直接當場打槍
不然就是履歷關卡直接刷,連面試機會都沒有
我是想說小公司,薪水有個36k~40k我就ok
都是責任制,沒加班費
但後來發現其實小公司第二階段都沒補or沒補滿
(我一開始先找大公司,都有補滿。
所以後來小公司面試都忘了問有沒有補~"~)
這樣等於要當一年的20k,連22k都沒有
請問假設完全沒補,薪資要開多少比較適合?
如果補個意思意思,第二階段補個50%左右
請問開多少比較適合呢?
