不知道能不能在這個版發問，
若不行再請版主刪除。
最近去面試工研院量測中心的工作，
上週被通知錄取。
面試時主管的說法是約聘的職缺，
最近有很大的機會轉正職。
但是，我看到人力銀行上開出的職缺
是派遣人力-助理類。
但不知道約聘和派遣的人力，在工研院來說是一樣嗎?
或是有何差別?不知道薪水會是怎麼計算?
查不太到工研院派遣人員的待遇和福利等等，
希望有人可以幫忙解答，萬分感謝。
