幫我看一下客戶要表達的意思 - 國貿工作討論

請幫我看一下這封信，因為我看不大懂確切的意思

以下內容，對方公司名稱名稱用BBB代替，我公司用AAA代替

Basically we can move forward just after obtaining the exclusivity from
provider, however we don't like to ask this issue to you for the time being
because you and we do not have any business record yet.

Instead of talking exclusivity, we'd like to ask you to check if you can
protect our sales & promotion activity case by case through official letter.

For example, when we place an order to you and then provide our clients with
your material, you and we issue and exhange the official letter that
AAA will protect BBB and BBB's clients by providing through BBB
Corporation only.

This process is very essential for us to go forward, since we will promote
your material by both names, one is BBB Corp. and the other is AAA in
the market.

We await your opinion and advice.

我有兩個不同的理解:

1. BBB希望和我司簽訂契約，要保證我司不會直接賣我司的產品給他的客戶(出貨對象)
(我認為應該是這個意思的可能性比較大)

若是如此，這很OK。
因為任何人向我司下訂單並從我司出貨給他的客戶，
我不會主動去找上他的客戶，破壞對方的生意
就算此客戶直接找上我，想直接向我購買，我也不會賣。
感覺這是某種職業道德吧....

我出貨給好幾家貿商，從來就不曾做這樣的事
雖然大部分貿商都不想讓工廠知道出貨對象，就怕工廠直接找上客戶

不過我不能保證我的貿商不會賣我的同樣產品給BBB客戶
畢竟我哪能管的著貿商要把產品賣給誰

2. BBB要我只能賣給他，不能賣給其他人。

這就有點誇張了。
今天BBB都還沒跟我買就要我不能賣給別人，
連量有多少都不知道就要我只能賣給他?
除非他把我的產能全吃下

那我原來的客戶呢，不論是貿商或直接客戶
是我都不能賣的意思嗎
