前幾天在客運上
看到有幾個回文
我真的笑出來
不知道那些回文的
是學生? 還是沒面過太多或很大的公司?
以電子資訊公司來說
(A)面試主管流程
一般來說大公司都是兩至三關
經理->處長->BU head-> (hr) ->核薪
這只是舉例,有些是,也有可能Hr先(是面試喔,不是核薪)
資深工程師->經理->處長 -> (hr) ->核薪
反正排列組合自己排
小公司,有時候1~2關
(B)面試流程是是否當天跑完
通常來講是不同天
一面一天,幾天後二面,幾天後三面....
但是有兩種情況,會當天跑完
(1)主管覺得你是不可多得人才,且後面面試主管今天都在
就會一天面完,甚至當天簽Offer
(2)公司體諒面試者是從外地來,盡量一次面多關一點
或多個部門,排在同一天面,希望面試者不用舟車勞頓
(C)面試一個人花多久,會不會有筆試,白板題,花多久時間
這跟公司文化或部門有關
大部分都有筆試,但有時候筆試,主管根本不改,甚至改了,也不太參考
有一些是核薪基準,例如HTC
目前遇到有 (不同部門可能不同)
筆試的:聯發科,晨星,聯詠,瑞昱,Acer,HTC
白板題:群暉,晨星,瑞昱,HTC
都無:台積IT,Asus,BenQ,趨勢
筆試通常半小時~1小時
白板題通常也是半小時~1小時
也有主管很爛,根本不知道要問甚麼
沒有專業可以問,時間當然短
群暉如果當天面完所有
大約一天很合理
因為一個主管考的白版題+介紹
就已經超過一小時
徵人人家說是擴編,硬要說是走了那麼多人?
平均年齡低是因為組織架構,硬要說成沒經驗?
有時候不太懂回文的怎麼那麼激動
其實我講的這些,很多人都知道
只是講給一些很激動的人聽
有時候,看你們回文
真的馬上可以理解
你們是真的不理解,才會說出這樣的話
