看到朋友換了一家 光電產業
未滿一年的年終算法 工作天數/365 * 發放基數
重點公司 解釋工作天數是 "實際上班天數" 而非"在職日"
意思 假設 12月報到 但是12月 工作天數是20天
那年終 20/365*基數 而非 31/365*基數
同樣 適用三節與季(產銷)獎金發放 只要距上次發放日未滿一年
都是如此的算法 他們公司解釋 是要保障待的久員工
而且還有旦書 如在發放年終或獎金基準日前 離職者 不予發放
原本連未滿一年獎金的算法 還要變成 工作天數/365 * 發放基數*0.8或0.9
之後怕反彈太大 暫時不實施...
不過HR還力推 說資深員工不會計較 當資淺有差 而且資淺也成不了氣候
對龐大OP人力 可以預估減少不少成本... Orz
似乎很多公司 逐漸跟進 台灣公司HR部門 真的越來越.....
