我目前在一間台南的幼稚園
上週剛到職...(我應徵教師 但園方說暑假先從助理老師當起)
然後他最近要我簽一份切結書...
裡面說 未滿一個月離職 一天日薪算"350元"....
看到超傻眼的...
而且他要我交勞健保資料 以及我的教師合格證..(園方大部分都是高職師資..)
我是剛實習完的職場菜鳥...請問各位老師 這些合理嗎...
ps.從上週到現在 我的工作時間也是從上午7:50到下午6:00..準時走還會被白眼..
一想到工作將近11個小時 只有350元 就很無力呀....
