強者我學弟拿了兩個offer,詢問我的意見
我一時也難以抉擇,如下
康寧 台積
地點 南科 中科
職位 機械工程師 蝕刻製程工程師
(約聘)
薪水 ?? N
年薪 ?? 130
工時 18:30下班 19:30下班
未來性 好? 終身GG?
輪班需求 有,做實驗需要 小夜+假日值班
但頻率少
工作 導入新設備 改參數
特休 一年10天按比例給, 好像一樣?
紀念假也放
PS 中部人,老婆也是中部人

康寧外商光環很強大,但是約聘缺不保證轉正職,人資跟他說是可以先卡位,
未來原廠開缺就有機會了,
而中科台積感覺上不會很操(還是要看主管啦),
年薪還是屌打康寧,
但他還是很猶豫,有沒有康寧約聘的可以出來講一下?
倒底是畫餅還是真的可轉正?
