小弟這週收到廣達參訪通知，請問廣達是參訪完才能知道研替結果嗎?
因為有看到不少人參訪前已經拿到研替offer了，所以參訪的是備取名單
候選人的意思嗎?(有打電話問人資，但只說是更了解部門)，各位大大都
是12/22號參訪嗎? 先感謝各位回覆!!!
