廣達的薪資和OFFER - 面試

小弟有些問題想問板上對於肉鬆一些薪資OFFER甚至制度
1. 肉鬆的核薪是不是很死豬價?
就算缺人缺的要死 未來前景不錯 部門拼命擴張...
照樣不跟你談薪資(無論新人與否)?
2. OFFER除了月薪有保障(廢話?)以外...
是不是大部分的人從來都不保障年薪?
所以分紅純粹是績效+看皇上的臉色?
3. 簽核OFFER的流程有無可能在最後一關被老董否決?
4. 主管跟人資把待遇當皮球一樣互踢 互相撇清自己的責任
是不是很稀鬆正常的一件事?
5. 召募網上說肉鬆的本薪優於同業 這謊會不會撒太大?
補充問題
6. 肉鬆調薪的算法?
(例如 某年的月薪A調了5趴變成薪水B後
下一年若再調薪3趴的話是用B做底去計算變成薪水C…
薪水C不是用A乘以(1+0.05+0.03)去算來的
對吧?)
另外 就我沒多久以前面試某測試部門所得到的資訊就是
測試部門收人的範圍確實很廣...
應該私校的甚至其他科系領域的人都會收進來...
