延後報到問題 - 離職

強者我朋友剛拿到理想中公司的紙本offer
報到時間是壓在6月中(理由是原公司的獎金是6月初發放,HR也覺得這理由合理)
不過今天才發現原公司"有部分案例"是提了離職就不給你任何獎金
所以最安全的方式是拿到獎金再提離職,但是報到時間勢必就要延到七月初
要怎麼跟HR說比較好呢? 畢竟現在才四月阿!!
(我朋友說這家公司即使放棄獎金也值得報到)
目前有幾個選項 不知道大家會怎麼選擇呢?
1. 維持正常時間報到,獎金聽天由命
2. 立刻跟原公司老闆攤牌說有可能離職,並討論獎金是否能拿到
3. 馬上跟理想公司商量七月報到的可能
我朋友是傾向 3>2>1 不知道大家看法如何呢
