請教各位道長問題如下：
對向犯一組甲與乙，甲是違背職務收賄的公務員，乙是向甲行賄的包
商，因為甲的疏忽，致使乙受有損害，乙要求甲賠償損害，否則不惜
魚死網破，也要告發甲。甲因此委任律師丙，希望律師協助解決與乙
之間的紛爭。請問，若丙明知，仍接受甲之委任，與乙談判達成和解
，使甲之犯行不被告發，是否違法或違反律師倫理規範？
