【工作職缺】 Senior engineering director/Vice President (Asia)

Job Function: Lead and manage engineering teams in Asia.
Location: Design centers in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Yangzhou.


【工作內容】

1. Direct engineering team in Asia to design and develop advanced mixed
signal ICs such as clock, redriver, analog switch. Make sure new
products meet schedule and have good yield and good quality in
manufacturing.
2. Work with marketing and application to define company’s IC technology
roadmap and execute roadmap on time.
3. Work with key customers to understand their system requirement and come
out with new products with right specification together with marketing
and application.
4. Build up design team (recruit, train and mentor).

【徵求條件】

1. Experience in analog mixed signal design technology
2. Experience in project and people management, capable of handling
multiple teams and multiple projects.
3. Knowledge of IC application in systems.
4. Ability to work with inter-departmental teams to drive successful
project development.
5. Good communication skill. Able to communicate in English and Chinese
(Mandarin preferred)
6. Willing to travel within Asia (Hong Kong, Shanghai, sometimes Taiwan)
