以下是工作內容:
Summary:
Provide technical assistance and training to customers by performing the
following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
including the following. Other duties may be assigned as required.
o Provide client support and technical issue resolution via e-mail, phone and
other electronic medium
o Configuration of customer's hardware, software, and network to properly
support Next Level system
o Configure software to work per the customers requirements
o Provide training to clients in the use of Next Level software and applications
o Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in customer systems
The Ideal candidate will also possess the following skills:
o Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
o Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other
electronic communications
o Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized
o Experience with hardware and software issues
o Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational
skills
o Self-starting, go-getter who proactively documents issues and defects,
striving to find the root cause of problems.
Education and/or Experience:
Two (2) years certificate/degree in computer or networking related areas
from college or technical school; or four (4) years related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, the applicant should have knowledge
Microsoft Windows and Apple OS X, MySQL, a variety of web browsers, and
knowledge of Linux and the Linux command line. Further, a solid
understanding of networking principals (network devices and configurations) is
required.
Work Environment:
Next Level is an extremely fast paced technical startup and expects
dedication and hard work. The applicant must be able to work effectively and
efficiently under the pressure of deadlines and manage multiple customer issues.
Applicant must be able maintain composure and work efficiently under
pressure despite potentially indignant customers.
Applicant must be able to convey customer concerns to engineering staff and
clearly express and describe issues.
