工作內容請見以下：

1. Design troubleshoot, repair and maintain electrical systems including
bu
ot limited to temperature controls, AC/DC variable speed drives, PLCs, HMIs, c
omputers, motor control centers, tension controls and power systems.
2. Recommend, coordinate and manage all aspects of improvement projects t
hr
hout the plant including project cost controls.
3. Understand and implement designs from technical drawings and documenta
ti
4. Interact and evaluate contractor/ vendor quotations using verbal and w
ri
n communication.
5. Analyze product failure data in order to determine causes of problems
an
evelop solutions.
6. Gather, review and analyze data to generate reports for management.
7. Test and repair electrical/ electronic devices.
8. Develop and train installation, repair and maintenance procedures.
9. Supervise and support technicians and production personnel as needed.
10. Train electrical technicians in all aspects of maintenance responsibil
it
s.
11. Apply the NEC with all work within the plant.
12. Be available for emergency call out and on-call rotation.
13. Follow all safety policies and procedures established in the plant.
14. Other duties assigned by management.
