前提: 小弟7年工作經驗在職中,這間是被外資買走的台商
一面: 寫了份考卷,考C, linux kernel跟一些網路相關的知識,寫完後在公司待滿
了十年的主管來面試,沒聊到啥技術性問題,就我的工作經驗跟履歷大致上問一問而
已,平淡的結束一面。
結束後人資說要等找過一輪後再決定二面人選(通常聽到這就覺得沒望了)
結果隔天人資打來說大主管看過履歷找二面,因為假很珍貴,所以我先問了薪資範圍
覺得好像還行就答應了二面...
二面: 人資先上場問了一些人資該問的 為啥要換工作?想換怎樣的?離職理由等等,
然後介紹公司福利。沒問題後等了一段時間,研發部副總登場了...
一進來就開始翻履歷,問我懂不懂網路,然後越翻嘴越歪,說"看你這經歷跟我們的相
關度不大阿,為啥工作都做沒很久,一間公司應該要待個五六年才能累積,
找工作應該一開始就看好產業選好公司阿,要是那麼厲害你應該早就飛黃騰達了
對不對,怎會在這找工作之類的"(大意是這樣),最後還補了一句"我的建議"啦,然後
就這樣中離了,來去一陣風... 接著人資就來送客了
於是我跟人資抱怨了一下,問說主管有先看過履歷嗎? 為何要找我二面...
人資就一臉抱歉的說主管看過了才找我來的,不知為何會這樣,不好意思*N
心得: 既然看過履歷也面過一次了,找二面單純看著履歷洗臉幹嘛呢?
一個技術性問題都沒問,當面試者時間很多就是了?
