我做錯事了..該怎麼解決呢? - 國貿工作討論

I need you to produce 7,000 pieces of each of the attached Disney 2008 glasses.
A total of 14,000 pieces.
Please let me know how quickly you can produce these items.
Please produce the file marked LED Glasses Disney 2008 2 func.pdf first.
I will need these to be shipped by FED EX right away.
We have changed the operating instructions on this file.
The other is the poly bag you made for me several months ago

然後我就很緊急的安排大陸工廠去買,也回信跟客人說520會好

然後在五月九號skype中,客人有說

客戶:Please do not ship until we speak about what qty we need

Will you have both styles available for shipping?
我回: yes tow kinds of bags(雖然有回答到他的問題,
其實腦筋已經很不清楚了因為當時已經半夜12點了我也從早上上班到那時候)

客戶回:Thanks - We are trying to get an answer from Disney
on how many of each we will need
這時候反應極快的我因為非常想睡了 我回:ok wait for your confirm

睡過一覺後(我有把對話紀錄起來),我完全忘了我回答過什麼了XD

這樣又過了幾個禮拜,到了20號 我就急忙的把貨快遞出去 還很開心跟客戶說

已經快遞給他了

結果 客戶說他要額外多付1000塊美金 問我可不可以幫他解決(他很大咖啦,

不過對他來說這筆錢本來不需花的) 因為客戶也滿奸的 因為自己疏忽

本來快遞7000個就好(在我把貨快遞出去後客人才回信說的)結果我給他14000個 XD

現在不知怎麼處理 希望大家能給點意見
