我在板上看了一陣子
我發現台灣的科技工作需求遠比我想像大很多
現在年輕人(畢業生)根本少子化 可是科技公司需求是逐年提高的
很多新的科技公司不斷成立 門檻也不高
可能在大公司待過就自己出來自立門戶的也很多
我敢說很多公司根本就已經開始聘用在台灣念過書的外籍生去做為人力來源了
台灣籍畢業生根本遠遠不夠啊
我聽到的一個私立學校的外籍生 (吉爾吉斯)
在內湖科技園區工作
我相信以後台灣大概抵擋不住這個潮流
東南亞外籍生 陸生 可能會慢慢變成台灣科技公司另一個人力來源
是不是如此呢????
